Meet your guide

My name is Sanchel, also known on stage as ZANCHA. I am from Baltimore, and my creative gifts have taken me across the globe as a performing artist, choreographer, and cultural practitioner.As the founder of REBEARTH, I help women access truth within their bodies faster than they can access it through their minds. My work is rooted in embodiment, rhythm, and the lived intelligence of the body as a primary site of liberation.After years of healing through multiple modalities while pursuing a career in the performing arts, I entered a self-directed initiation that led me to step out of the endless “healing loop” and into a deeper relationship with my body, one that demanded consistency, presence, and devotion to liberation over perfection.Healing stopped being the goal. It became a way of life that revealed self-liberation as the true destination.A defining pillar of this work is my ten-year relationship with Senegal. This land has been both teacher and mirror, shaping my integrative approach to retreat design, ancestral remembrance, and embodied ceremony. Senegal is a living nucleus of the voyage itself.Through REBEARTH, I guide women into a direct encounter with their bodies as truth-tellers, so they can stop circling insight and begin living it.
